If you become able to praise your enemy, it will be a fair fight.
敵を褒めるようになれば、その争いは所謂(いわゆる)フェア・プレイになる。
褒められると、眠っていた未知の能力さえもがうれしさの余り目覚めて更に良い結果を生みだす。人の能力というものは、褒められることを栄養分として育っていくところが確実にあるのだ。
When someone praises you, the sheer joy of it awakens hitherto unknown powers in you, and you do better than before. There is something about praise that nourishes a person’s abilities.
