Before carrying out a revolution, the person who does it needs to change himself. By “change himself,” I mean “change his way of living.” That takes a lot of courage.
改革を実行するということは、まず改革にあたる者が、自分を変えることだ。自分を変えるということは、生きかたを変えることだ。かなりの勇気がいる。
人間は誰だって劣等感を持っている。他人にひけ目を感じる部分を必ず持っている。事実は事実として、はっきりそう認めてしまえばいい。居直るのだ。
There isn't a human being who doesn't have feelings of inferiority. Everyone has some area in which he is lacking in comparison to others. We should bite the bullet and recognize the facts for what they are. Change our attitude.
